Hi,
I'm Seth
AACC Certified ADHD & Life Coach
Working together, you & I will create space for clarity, self-understanding, accountability, and a gentler relationship with yourself
Diagnosed but confused
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 18, right before leaving for college. Suddenly I had a label, a prescription, and more questions than answers.I knew ADHD explained some of my experiences, but I didn’t yet understand what it actually meant for my life. I didn’t understand my strengths, why certain things felt harder for me than they seemed to for others, or how ADHD affected things like motivation, time management, and self-esteem. I often felt alone trying to figure it all out.
Learning a new way to understand myself
Part of the reason I was drawn to studying Education in college was because I wanted to make sense of my experience as a neurodivergent student. During my undergraduate studies, I discovered ADHD coaching. As I learned more about ADHD, worked with my own coach, and eventually trained as a coach myself, I was finally given language for patterns I had noticed in myself for years but didn’t know how to describe. Coaching gave me space to reflect, process, and better understand who I am.Slowly, I began shifting from seeing ADHD as a personal failure to understanding it through a lens of strengths, curiosity, and self-awareness.
From fixing, to understanding
For a long time, I thought the goal was to “fix” myself.Coaching helped me realize that growth doesn’t have to come from shame. It can come from understanding. Instead of constantly fighting against myself, I began learning how I work, what I need, and how to build systems and routines that felt sustainable.Coaching didn’t fix me. It helped me develop more self-compassion, celebrate progress, and build trust in myself.

Why I coach
Today, I hope to offer that same space to others --
a space to reflect, ask questions, make sense of your experiences, and move forward with greater clarity and self-understanding.Whether you’re navigating school, career decisions, relationships, ADHD, or simply trying to figure out what matters to you, coaching can provide support, accountability, and a dedicated space to grow. You don’t have to figure everything out alone.
